Once you've downloaded and installed a CodeKeep add-in, you can manage your code snippets and search for other code snippets without ever having to leave Visual Studio. For features of the add-in and how to use its functionality, watch the screencast on visualstudiohacks.com.

Both versions of the add-in, for Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Studio 2008, have been tested side-by-side on the same machine, so you can use the add-in for both versions on the same machine without issue. There is literally no difference between the two; both look and behave exactly the same.
